Roger L. Meyer
Roger L. Meyer was the senior founding partner of Meyer & Wyse LLP. Roger retired from the practice of law on January 1, 2009. The partners of Meyer & Wyse LLP wish him well in his retirement.
Along with extensive experience in business transactions and commercial litigation, Roger specialized in representing architects, engineers, and other design professionals and homeowner associations. During his career, Roger represented some of the top, nationally recognized architect firms in Portland, as well as one of Oregon's largest homeowner associations.
Roger represented architects in all of their business matters including formation, stock issuances, employee agreements, negotiating and drafting owner/architect contracts, coordinating registration of architects in other states as well as litigation related to design defects, construction disputes, EIFS and contract disputes.
Roger received his law degree from Yale University and his undergraduate degree in Economics from Oberlin College.
