Scott Wyse began practicing law with Roger Meyer in 1974. In 1985 they formed Meyer & Wyse. During his years of practice, Scott has practiced in a wide variety of areas, but in recent years has focused his practice primarily on real estate and business matters. |

Josh practices family law, mediation, estate planning and business law with Wyse Kadish. He has been with the firm since 1983. Josh attended Haverford College and Stanford Law School, and has been a member of the California Bar (inactive) and Oregon Bar since 1980. He is an adjunct professor at Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College, and has taught family law, negotiation, and mediation there regularly for almost 20 years. In 2006, Josh was named one of Portland's top ten mediation attorneys by the Portland Monthly, and as one of Oregon's 250 "Superlawyers" by The Oregonian. |

Helen’s practice focuses on estate planning, family business planning, probate, trust administration, guardianships, and conservatorships. Helen obtained her law degree from the University of Oregon in 1980. Before joining Wyse Kadish in 1995, she was a partner at Lane Powell Spears Lubersky and the managing partner at Gordon McKeon & Rives. |

Bruce focuses his practice in the areas of commercial law and litigation, complex civil litigation, creditors'rights, bankruptcy, leasing and secured transactions. He is regularly involved in litigation concerning defense of property and injury claims and contract disputes. Bruce is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Oregon and Washington. |

Jim’s practice focuses on general and complex civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution. His work includes civil litigation, arbitration, mediation, defense of property and injury claims, contract disputes, business disputes and unfair business practices, claims involving trusts and estates, and product distribution disputes. |

David joined Wyse Kadish as an associate in 2004 after practicing family law in Portland for three years. In 2008, he was promoted to partner. While David focuses primarily on family law, his experience lends itself to assisting clients with a variety of issues. |

Nancy joined Wyse Kadish as an associate in September 2008. A South Florida native, Nancy saw the light (which in Florida can be quite blinding) and moved to Portland to begin her legal career. |

Kyoko K. Wyse joined Wyse Kadish LLP as an associate in November 2008. She practices in the areas of family law and civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she represented plaintiffs in asbestos exposure cases in Northern California. |
